Dev Build Release

Dev Build V0.1
Hey everyone! Thanks for checking in on the game. I am really happy to announce that I’ve made it and finally launched v0.1 as a dev build! The purpose of this build is to gather feedback so I can steer the project in the right direction.
I wanted to make it to a Friday launch, as most people are available on Friday nights to spend some extra time + the weekend is coming. I missed this release, and I am really sorry for that, but I’m here the next day making up for it!
I’m looking to take in all kinds of feedback—negative or positive. I want to know what features you think should be added or removed, what I’ve done wrong and need to correct, or simply any bugs you encounter so I can fix them!
What’s New
Event System Rewrite
I’ve re-written the event system since the original one was super limited. With this current system (although I still have some limitations), I can implement most of what I’ve envisioned for the game. I might even scale down a bit to make sure I deliver a smaller quality game rather than get caught in development limbo forever with a project that could go in any direction.
Basic Storyline
The storyline is pretty rushed because of the self-imposed deadline, and I’m still working on it. If you have feedback about the story—especially if something doesn’t make sense—please let me know.
I’ve got a basic storyboard written with very simple directions, but not all the details are fleshed out yet, so I’m figuring that out as I go.
Where Can I Play?
RIGHT HERE
Warning: I haven’t added the tutorial yet. If you want to continue the storyline after the first 2 conversations, you’ll need to go to your girlfriend’s contact, click the pink speech bubble, and then select the “Underwear Shopping” event.
The game is based on these events, giving you control to steer the direction of the game’s fetish.
At the moment, if you try to play the game on Itch.io… well… it’s kind of impossible. The game depends on absolute paths when looking for assets (e.g., images, JavaScript). It currently prepends just the domain to the URL, which doesn’t work with Itch.io’s subdomain setup. Since this is my first release on Itch, I wasn’t aware of the issue. This will be fixed in the next update.
Conclusion
I’m really happy I managed to launch a basic version of the game! Right now, I’m focused on the v0.3 milestone, where I plan to add more polish, expand the story, and increase interactivity.
Thank you for your support, and please share your feedback!
